When you feel called to pay more mind to your body, try performing a body scan meditation. It will allow you to slip into a state of relaxation while tuning you in with the current state of your body.
Lie down in a quiet space where you know that you won’t be disturbed for at least 20-minutes. Be sure that you are exercising deep, full breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Starting at your feet, feel for any pressure, heat, resistance, tingling or vibration.
Move through your legs and into your stomach. Feel for any sensations in your stomach. Does it feel tight, full?
Do not judge what you feel, but rather listen, tune in and open the communication between you and your cells. Invite every organism within your body to communicate with you anything that it needs or lacks.
Move through your chest, your arms, your neck and face. All the while thanking each of these elements for aiding you in good health. Thank your cells for working tirelessly to aid you.
Invite bright, beaming, healing white light from heaven down into your body.
Feel the light energy vibration rush through the crown of your head, into your heart, stomach and through your legs.
Send this light outward to everyBODY you love. ♥️
